Rental Form Process

The rental forms ask for your basic information, your arrival and departure dates as well as your employment information.

The rental forms are received and reviewed by our team based on our vetting policy.

Step 2

Application is Reviewed

Your application will be reviewed by the team and a confirmation will be sent to your email.

Application Review Process

The application review is a simple check on the details that you have submitted.

The application review process takes about 24 hours to confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to you after the application review is complete.

Step 3

Sign Rental Agreement

A rental agreement will be sent to you with the terms that you have agreed on.

Rental Agreement Signing Process

The agreement details your duration of stay, the number of pets you have with you and the apartment you are living in.

An e-agreement will be sent to you to begin your journey in Cambodia. The signed e-agreement will be sent to you once you have completed the signing process.

Step 4

Place Partial Deposit

To secure the apartment, a partial deposit will be taken from you. This deposit will be used towards the 1st month of your rental.

Deposit Placement Process

The deposit is sent to us before the rental is secured. The deposit is released to the landlord only on the first day of your stay in Cambodia.

A payment link will be sent after you have signed the e-agreement. The payment link is to place a partial deposit for your rental. Payments can be made via bank transfer and credit cards.
