Is it possible to arrange for a viewing before booking?

Yes! It is possible to arrange for a viewing of the apartment before making a decision. In fact, we highly recommend visiting potential apartment rentals before moving in. This helps you have a better idea of the suitability of the apartments for you and your pet(s).

All of our viewings are obligation-free. To arrange for a viewing, simply drop us a message via one of your preferred contact methods.

What is included in my monthly rental payment?

The monthly payment includes your stay at the apartment, weekly light cleaning (on request) and monthly change of bedsheets (on request). Light cleaning and change of bedsheets are always done on the same days.

The rental payment does not include the cost of utilities, water usage or waste management. All utilities are to be paid separately 1 week before the end of the month based on the state EDC rates of $0.25/kwH. Some guest choose to opt-in to a standardised utility fee capped at $120 per month after receiving sky-high utility bills based on their meter usage. If this is your preferred choice, we will bear the risk of the excess utility bills.

Do you have breed or size limitations?

No we do not have any breed or size limitations. At liora™ Cambodia, we welcome all pets regardless of their size, shape, colour or breed. There is no pet too small or too big or exotic for us.

However, if your pet is known to be aggressive or have behavioural problems, you will be required to leash your pet(s) when they are hanging out in the common areas of the building. This is to ensure the safety of every resident in the building.

What types of pet restrictions are in place?

There are no pet restrictions in place. All we ask of you as a pet owner is to ensure that your pets keep all furniture and furnishings in the building intact. Waste matter from your pet(s) should also be disposed off properly and promptly.

Unlike many other property management and rental companies, liora™ Cambodia believes that our vetted tenants are capable of being responsible for the apartments that they are living in.

How many pets am I allowed to have in the apartment?

There are no restrictions on the number of pets allowed in the apartment.

We generally do not recommend having more than 2 medium-large pets in our studio apartments due to space constraints. However, if you have picked a studio with terrace, a 1-bedroom or a 2-bedroom, it is possible to comfortably live with up to 3 medium-large pets.
